Rebecca Jenkins

Work includes Leadership Development Programmes for clients including the BBC, the Co-op, and Urenco, and in Higher Education settings including the University of Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford.

She is experienced in delivering Consultative Sales sessions for industrial services and in Behavioural Safety programmes for the Petrochemical Industry for clients including Centrica and Croda.

Work in the finance sector includes facilitator roles for the European Central Bank in International Meeting Skills – increasing effectiveness at managing relationships across cultures and developing a strategic approach to influencing decision-making. She has also worked on this programme for NATO, delivering to the Assistant Secretary Generals.

Rebecca has worked in Business Development for Northcliffe Newspapers (Daily Mail General Trust) as part of the Commercial Graduate Training Programme. Rebecca’s delivery combines this commercial experience, with technical skills and creativity to deliver fun, focused and effective sessions.

Rebecca sits on the East Riding Cultural Partnership, representing the Partnership at the Defra-funded LEADER Action Group for Coast, Wolds, Wetlands and Waterways. She works on socially engaged public art projects in the East Riding, where she also runs Rusticus Arts – delivering outdoor arts experiences for families.
